Amazon MGM Studios unexpectedly halted production on the series in June, despite having previously booked soundstages, assembled writers, and cast the project. Executives allegedly scrapped the show out of fear that it catered “too much” to existing fans rather than a broader mass audience. 

To help Amazon MGM Studios reverse its decision to cancel the new Martin Gero-led Stargate series, fans are actively rallying through petitions, Times Square billboard ads, and studio banner flyovers. To join the movement, you can sign the main petition at Change.org, track further demonstrations at #SaveStargate or contribute to fan-led promotional efforts.
